Business leader and award-winning professor, Sean Kouplen, has a passion for helping others find clarity and fulfillment in their lives. Kouplen has achieved a remarkable number of accomplishments in his life…and he is only 34!

Kouplen was named Citizen of the Year in his hometown of Bixby, OK and has held numerous local leadership positions including Chairman of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Bixby, Daily Family YMCA, United Way and Vision 2025 campaigns. As Chairman of Make It Happen Bixby, Kouplen was instrumental in his community passing the $20 Million Bixby's Future bond issue, the largest in history.

Kouplen also served as the youngest president of the Oklahoma State University National Alumni Association, representing over 180,000 alumni worldwide. He has served on numerous statewide boards including Chairman of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Intermediate School Board of Regents, International Trade Development Council and Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board.

Kouplen is a sought-after speaker and teacher. He was named an Outstanding Instructor during his tenure as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University, teaching management, finance, marketing and communications classes. Kouplen speaks to a wide variety of student and young professional groups about the importance of focus and passion in our lives.

He is also the proud co-founder of Bixby Community Church and a growing non-profit organization named Bixby Community Outreach Center, which provides temporary assistance to the underprivileged in his community. Currently President of Regent Capital Corporation, Kouplen is also a recognized management and leadership consultant.

Kouplen holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Oklahoma State. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing golf and spending time with his wife Angela and their two daughters, Emory and Kennedy.
